But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
Returns
We will accept returns in the following cases:
• Product received damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product in the order
In case you have received a wrong, damaged or expired product, please send us an email at contact.dermetoms@gmail.com requesting return/replacement, along with relevant documentary proof such as pictures and videos within 3 days from the date of delivery. No return or replacement will be entertained by us after the expiration of 3 days from the delivery of the product.
Refund Process
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24-48 hours.
