Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

• If you wish to cancel your order after shipping, please contact us at contact.dermetoms@gmail.com. A flat shipping/Cancellation fee of ₹50 will be charged.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking number and courier details.

You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
